Waste of money and my time!Well, I was really excited to try the eSalon color kit. Honestly, I was terribly disappointed! I have never had such dismal results from any hair color!! I have very short hair, almost shaved in the back. After a recent haircut the back was mostly grey, plus root growth all over. I have colored my own hair for many years, so am comfortable with the process. I followed the instructions to the letter, but it barely deposited any color on my hair. In fact, you can't even tell it was "supposedly" colored!! Color usually adds some body to my fine hair, but this added none - proof that no product was deposited on the hair. I will have to recolor it immediately with my usual brand now - not the healthiest thing for my hair. I tried spraying the roots and back with the Camo Mist, but that was not very effective, either. The roots didn't change much, and the back looked blotchy and irregular. I don't remember if you have a money back guarantee, but you should refund my money anyway. Works great!I really like the color blend that eSalon has created for me. The color is very natural and the color application lasts longer than when I visited my stylist. My hair does not feel as damaged, either. best color everI'm pale with olive undertones. Every stylist at every salon thinks I should be red or auburn but those colors make me look sallow and ugh. The color from eSalon is the best I've ever gotten from a salon or a box! My hair is a rich, beautiful brown, not too dark. Not bad but still not greatThe colourist improved my colour from my previous order but it still isn't totally covering my greys. The colour and tone currently look good (just coured today) and the shine is great. Still looking a bit washed out on my grey root patches however.
