Color is good but my whites are still thereI followed all the instructions, however my whites are still very much there. Some had darkened a little bit (brownish) but I could clearly see whites/grey hair. The shampoo and conditioner were very good though as it left my hair feeling silky smooth. Not as I ExpectedI usually love my hair color; however, this time not so much. I requested a deeper reddish/brown but it came out much more brown with very little red. The color was not as vibrant as I usually get from my order. Also, I requested more gray coverage but got even less. The color faded much faster as well. I have always been happy but was disappointed with the outcome this shipment. I have requested a color adjustment, more gray coverage, and a longer-lasting result.
