The product is nice, but...The color is good and easy to use. The first set I received was great. Very thoughtful kit. Two pairs of gloves- one for application, one for rinsing out color, and a mixing brush that makes application easier for me since I’m just doing roots. Second set I received had no mixing brush. I though maybe someone just missed it and used the bottle to apply. Messy, but whatever. Same end result. Third set came, no mixing brush, only one set of gloves. No problem, I’ll just Use the bottle again and carefully remove and use the same gloves to rinse later. I love it!I've ordered three times now and the colorists have been really helpful and very accommodating when I need to make changes or ask questions.
