Amazing!So the first time I tried esalon the color just wasn't quite right. Beautiful! But not what I was looking for. So I messaged my colorist and was like hey, this is what I'd like adjusted. Well now it's perfect! I've never been more happy with a hair color in my life!!! It's long lasting and it's exactly what I wanted. BrilliantI have been using esalon for over 2 years now, my hair colour is fantastic, and the condition has really improved, despite having been unwell with cancer, my hair kept its condition, I am so confident with esalon I have referred my sister to it! Ordered medium brown, got dark chocolate. Hair feels great, though!The dark chocolate color is beautiful, don't get me wrong, and my hair feels healthy and lovely. On the other hand, I expressed a desire for a medium brown since this was my first time using eSalon. Maybe it will lighten up, but when I got was most certainly not medium brown. It is a lovely shade of deep chocolate. I have the unfortunate sensation that I will go back to the boxed stuff so I can count on a particular color.
