High hopesThe steps were easy to follow. The color was perfect. However, it was not enough product for the amount of hair I have. Some parts didn’t get dyed. good productI love how soft this hair product made my hair (going on 2.5 weeks), and like the overall color but the newer hairline grays around my face did not cover very well, and I could see this immediately after coloring my hair. Then within a couple of days, the color washed out in this area altogether and the greys in this area came back as if I didn't color them. Cancel future shipmentsI LOVED the color —for the first week and a half. Then it began fading as my usual color does . By the third week it was a very light, light strawberry blond. All I could see is a ghost when I looked in a mirror. For this reason I am canceling future orders. If I am going to pay a higher price for hair color I at least want it to last as long as the least expensive one I used before. This was not the case. Easy to use but the color seemed a bit brassyI like the convenience of having the color shipped right to my front door but I still struggle with good coverage around my hairline and it seems after the first wash or two it seems to turn a bit brassy.
