No more color visits to the salon!For years I had gone to the hair salon to color my hair. The cost for every appointment was at least $100. I was using drug store root touch up products to control my grays as they grew and stretch time between appointments. I saw an ad for eSalon personalized color and thought it sounded great. I could do this at home, get spot on advice from a colorist and save! I was a little intimidated never having done this before but the kit had everything I needed and more. Every kit includes step by step instructions. After the first use, I was thrilled with the way my hair looked and felt and appreciated that I could do it on my own schedule. I now subscribe for every 4 weeks and have been using eSalon for at least a year. The communication with a colorist is great. I get a response right away! Perfect matchI used to color my own hair. With my gray, I would get HOT roots. I was very skeptical to try coloring my roots but the gray roots won. Oh MY I LOVE IT!It is so professional from start to finish...they give you everything! I am going to order every two months from you guys and I am not going to go to a hair dresser again maybe for streaks once they open and a hair cut, but everything else I will continue to get from you guys! All I can say is..... WOW!I tried eSalon after having a nightmare ordering experience from Sally Beauty. I was apprehensive initially, but after setting up my account and ordering, it was very clear that eSalon cared about customer service and I was definitely getting a custom color created by an actual hair stylist. She called me twice to go over my hair, and everything came looking so cute in the packaging and the instructions were easy to understand. I was worried it might not come out right, especially seeing the ends color was only supposed to stay on for 5 minutes, but I followed the instructions and my hair turned out beautifully and even!
