Great customer service - color runs dark and smell is a bit strongThe package and instructions were clear and not hard to do. The smell of the product is strong and color is almost black instead of a rich brown . Great productLoved it, met my needs and more. Was hesitant about ordering it, but really pleased I did. So pleased the easy to follow detailed instructions and well fitting gloves. Can’t believe I did it myself!!Ok so Covid closed my salon☹️ And I took the leap of touching up my color after much research including You Tube! Did the strand test—seemed perfect! Was concerned I would damage my hair/highlights. Followed directions given, still apprehensive. Amazing outcome! Frankly I like it better than what I get in the salon!!
