Great color, easy to followI haven't colored my hair at home for about 5 years, so I'm a little out of practice. This whole experience was so easy and the color is beautiful! I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, so I sent my picture to the stylist and gave a vague description. The color came in the mail quickly and the kit had everything I needed, including personalized instructions. The color is beautiful and the coverage is great. I had a few grays and I can't even tell where they are! The dye wiped off my skin easily (and I was super messy and got it all over my arms). My hair was very soft and shiny after coloring. PERFECT COLOR ~ even with requested change!!!!I’ve been using eSalon for many years and as I’m getting older my hair is getting whiter and grayer. I went from being a vivacious red, orange redhead to slowly making my hair lighter and lighter so that the regrowth isn’t as obvious. I requested again this time they reduce the red (which I love) and my colorist mixed it PERFECT!!! I couldn’t of done a better job myself (and I used to be a cosmetologist that was great with color). It still looks natural, wasn’t a harsh change, but my roots are a light strawberry blonde only a tiny bit darker than the rest.
