Doesn't fade like store box hair dye.I have had my hair professionally highlighted and I have dyed my hair with over the counter hair dye. All colors have faded on my hair and turned an orange reddish color. I found eSalon and purchased a color that I thought would be acceptable and when I tried it, it was amazing. It has been over a month since I last dyed my hair, and my color is holding up and no gray hair has shown through at this point. I am ordering this again! Color is consistant.In the past, I've ended up with either too light, or too dark...maybe the store was out of my color, but I like the consistency I get with eSalon. My thick coarse hair hasn't turned brassy orange even with the beating of summer swimming, tho I take procautions to protect it. Love my subscriptionI really love the product. One thing I did with my first order was do two add ons- one a tint rinse and a deep conditioning treatment. The tint really helps! Amazing!!!I finally had time to dye my hair last night and I'm in love!!!! I can not explain how much I love my hair color right now!!!
