WOW !Yes, a picture says a thousand words. My hair turned out beautiful and was literally blown away with the results. My stylist was AWESOME, helpful and KIND. Excellent service, and great results. Love this kit!I love everything about this service. The fact that it is taylor made to my requests, can be changed if needed untill I get the perfect colour. Comes with gloves, stain guard and remover. Plus anything with my name on it is perfect. 5* customer service as first colour wasn't quite what I wanted we changed it and had a free ends colour to match the change. The best color I've ever used on my own!I'm a natural redhead in her mid 30s, and covering grays has been a challenge- especially when a lot of red hair color looks really unnatural. I used to go to an Aveda salon but my schedule isn't consistent enough to keep up on the appointments. Plus, it's like $90.00 per appointment. I LOVE THIS COLOR!! It's super close to my natural color... Just enough to brighten up what's there without looking like a faux redhead. The color is easy to apply. I plan on staying with eSalon for a while. If you are on the fence DO ITI am severely allergic to many things. Including hair dyes. I was going to a salon but was getting increasingly allergic to the dye. Itching terribly. My stylist tried several to no avail. I tried another mail-away salon but had horrific experience. Itching and almost open sores. So I had given up. On a whim I tried e-salon. Wonderful ! No allergies to dye or shampoos. Color is actually nicer than salon. My hair healthier. And I love not having to spend 300$ and sit for 4 hours. I accidentally went too dark on my first color choice and they suggested the “light box” which was amazing. Love love love. Never in a million years did I think I could do my own highlights.
