Awesome customer serviceI don’t normally write reviews but I loveee how my first esalon kit came with everything I need, including an extra free bottle of dye. My first package was lost for about a month so I emailed customer service and they sent me another one without hesitant or extra costs. Easy to followReally well packaged. Consistency wasnt as thick as I'm use to so I did make a mess. Went from blonde to dark brown, colorfill was added to keep me from going green or muddy.
