Very happy with the entire processI have never colored my own hair. I followed the instructions but I was a little on the sloppy side putting the color on my hair. However it came out great. Amazing!I am blown away. This is exactly the color I asked for. I even spoke with a couple of different colorists to help me obtain what I was really looking for. I had started to lighten (grey) and was looking very dull. I wanted something brighter, but still natural looking. That’s exactly what I got. No one noticed the color. I love my esalon colorI get compliments all the time on my hair color and I love it. A couple of weeks ago I was at the salon getting a Brazilian Blowout, my hair dresser, who I've gone to for years, once again complimented me on the great color of my hair. While I was still at the salon another hairdresser came by to chat with my hairdresser and my hairdresser said "isn't her (referring to me) hair color great! she does it herself!" the other hairdresser agreed that it does look great and was shocked that I got this color "from a box". You have to try this.Just got my first color package last week. I am so happy with the results. It blended in with my own color while covering all the grays.
