Easy even for a noviceThis was my first time ever of permanently colouring my hair so wasn't sure what to expect. The instructions were easy to follow and the colour was near perfect to my natural colour. Fixed my problem my previous colorist createdGood very good advice from the colorist how to adapt my root color. Love the quality of the color, my coarse hair is soft and shiny.
