Fantastic!Hello, Esalon was my very first time ever dying my own hair. I was a little nervous and unsure of myself and was hoping for the best. I went through the instructional videos provided by esalon. They were very helpful as I had many questions. Hair ColorThe hair color is exactly what I asked for and blends in my hair so nicely. On top of that it’s made my hair healthier! I used to use box hair dye and the difference is astonishing. Easy to useThis process was very easy to understand. The eSalon team is great. They checked on me throughout the whole process to make sure I was happy with my color and if I wasn't they would send me a new color and/or refund my money. Also, they will change your next auto-ship order to make sure you love your color. They send you everything you need to color your hair along with your color. I wanted my hair to be a light to medium blonde but it turned out strawberry blonde. I love my color I just want blonde for summer so they are going to change my next order.
