Wow, they really adjusted the color to what I wanted and the color is perfect.My first shipment of coloring was too bland and didn't have enough gold to make my hair strawberry blonde, it just looked reddish brown, but I wrote to the colorist and suggested the changes and VOILA, my hair looks natural and has depth.
