2 year clientI tried this service because I noticed my hair was changing and store color just wasn't cutting it anymore. I can't afford to have a stylist color my long hair. This is perfect! I can do it, the color is great and lasts. It doesn't mess up my hair. I have adjusted the color and ship times at least twice and have never had a problem. I am going to try their shampoos now. So happy with this color!I just moved to a new city and state where I don't know anybody. I went to the local salon and they gave me over to a girl who likes to chat too much! I hated it! I also didn't like the $125 bill. I wanted to save some money. I gave esalon a try and I LOVE IT!!!! I didn't think I could do it myself but lo and behold I did it myself and it came out beautiful! Even tried a new color and I get sooooo many compliments! Thank you so much for your great idea and products. The shampoo and conditioner you enclose with the color is super fantastic and makes me feel like I have been to the salon. Better than the salon!I have literally spent thousands on salon dye jobs. I am a natural redhead so color is difficult. I finally got fed up with the blotchy and tired results from stylists. Not to mention the countless excuses that somehow it was my fault. I decided to try e salon as a last ditch effort. Wow!!!! The color is so perfect. It is truly amazing how a color specilist can get the perfect color just from a picture of me when dozens of stylists have never gotten it right in person. Thank you!
