I. LOVE. MY. COLOR.I can't say enough good things about my first experience. First, it came super fast, well packaged and secure. The instructions were so easy to follow, I like that it had a "quick start" side, for those of you veteran coloristas lol, and a very detailed but still super easy to follow side. It has a sticker so you an stick the instructions up and not have to touch things with dye hands. I also ordered a set of hair clips (thank goodness!) and a shower cap (great quality!). The gloves are also great quality, not that cheap crap and that always breaks and you end up with a chunk of color on your hand. On to my color... I've been using clairol flare 6rr forever and was happy with the color, it's the best I'd found so far. But it's messy and will ALWAYS bleed, I'm talking four weeks out and I still had red on my collar if I didn't dry my hair enough. This does not bleed!! Barely a mark on my towel, nothing on pillow! With the clairol stuff my pillow always looks like I was bludgeoned in the middle of night lol. Minimal smell, and my hair was so soft afterwards!! And the color is just perfect! Wow!I held off ordering because I didn't think you could achieve a natural look at home. After seeing a couple of my favorite YouTubers stated they use it I thought why not give it a shot.
