So convenient and color is consistentI've been using e-salon for about four years now. The orders come when scheduled and if I change color at a salon, their colorist does a super job matching it when it's time for touch ups. good colorI like the color. I also like the service-arrives reliably. It is difficult for me to do root touch up following the directions given as my hair is thick. Last time tried putting hair in many small scrunched up pony tails and applying around each. That worked better.
