Très contenteLa coloration est top, agréablement surprise du rendu professionnel il suffit de bien suivre les instructions qui sont bien expliqués. Le service est vraiment qualitatif, tout un tas de petits détails dans la boîte : un stickers pour pouvoir accrocher les instructions, deux paires de gants etc... toute ces petites attentions font vraiment la différence. Happy with the service and my hair colorService: Colorist Alexandria reached out shortly after I placed my order and made a thoughtful recommendation based on my photos, current hair color, and amount of gray. I was ordering a demi-permanent color and wanted to avoid red or overly ashy tones while keeping a natural dark brown look. Although the system suggested a dark brown, Alexandria advised going with a lighter medium brown since the color tends to develop darker on natural hair than the online samples. Her advice was spot-on. My order arrived quickly and was well packaged, though I would have preferred more recyclable materials and fewer small plastic bags. Color Set: The results look very natural, with my grays blending seamlessly. My hair feels shiny and healthy, and there was no skin staining at all during the process.
