Happy to be back!!I had stopped ordering esalon for several months and i was paying salon prices for color. recently updated my color and restarted with esalon. I could not be happier! What a waste of time and moneyOrdered a custom color after researching and reading reviews as I wanted my hair two shades lighter. I was super excited when it came in, did a strand test and didn’t notice any difference but figured maybe it was just too small of a piece. Did my entire head, and my hair is darker than it started. And now I can’t lighten it as now it’s been permanently dyed and lightening with color only works on virgin hair. Would have to bleach it now and can’t do that for weeks either. Wrong color formulaI asked to go lighter and it darkened my hair color. I’m ready to call it quits if they can’t get the color right. Amazing colorHello, I wanted to get rid of my gray and have some pizazz (sp?) again. I am not all gray but mostly framed around my face. Instead of following instructions from esalon to do my gray hair first I do it last! This results in my hair looking highlighted without the expense and fuss!
