Absolutely perfect.This color was the CLOSEST I have ever seen to my natural hair color (before it went grey!) The shine, the grey coverage, everything was perfect. Color fades fast over graysI gave this a fare try with 4 uses, and found that it fades faster than the store box color I use. It's not worth the money to me. Also, I cancel my subscription over the phone with CS the day I received the next months box and got a refund. Then I end up getting another box this last month that I didnt want! Turns out they didn't cancel my subscription like I requested! So, I went online into my account and cancel it this time myself!
