If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email with more details on next steps and how we can help get this resolved for you. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Saving $$$ and Love the colorFor years, I've been coloring my hair and spending more money than I'd like to admit on professional coloring. Harsh for my once healthy hairI had beautiful healthy auburn shiny hair. I thought I’d try this after hearing about, pckg so cute, easy to use, liked the color at first, but after first wash faded, not enough grey coverage and hair started falling out.
