Best Color Product I've UsedI've used boxed product from the store and have had my hair treated in salons with each experience leaving my hair dried out and unhappy; taking weeks to recover ONLY to be repeated. It was an awful cycle that was until I tried eSalon's formula. Not only do I appreciate the service and customization you can't buy in a store, the product is kind to hair .. Not Right ColorI asked to go a little redder and my hair looks brown. Not happy. I have a big presentation for my company and now I have to spend over $100 to fix it. I don;t understand what happened. The first color was good, I just wanted a little more red? I have stopped my order till I hear from you. Not sure what to do from here. Custom colorMy last hair color I got from you made my hair sticky like gum. Ended up having to go to a salon to get it fixed spending $30.
