Service is great, Adjustments NOTThis company is very reliable and sends me my product when requested. Their emails about shipping and making color changes makes things very convenient. Something has changed!After 2 years of using this product without any problems, something has changed. The last 4 hair color shipments have been so hard to get out of my hair. I have to shampoo 4+ times to remove the gummy texture from my hair. After my hair dries it is very difficult to brush through, so I put it in a braid and rewash the next day. I called to ask what was going on and the rep told me I was not rinsing it out properly (remember I have been doing this for over 2 years). I tried it one last time and it did the same thing. After I color my hair, I lose quite a bit of hair. I will no longer use this product and DO NOT recommend anyone else use it either. I am very upset that this product is difficult to use because I loved the convenience of doing my hair whenever I wanted to. Wont get againAlthough the die comes out beautifully, the directions when rinsing are vague so i was a little confused. Also my hair has been falling out and breaking off as well. First time failFor some reason the color was streaky, and looked faded. I have never had that happen before. The sad thing was we were going on a 14 day cruise and I was wanting it to look really beautiful. That didn't happen.
