Didn't like formulaThe formula runs a lot. I am use to using a cream base formula that in addition to hair color also moisturizes and does not drip or run. Wow! A+++++I am almost to my original copper penny hair color. I used a color remover before using this product and hope by the next round it will remove the pinkish hue. I had such a hard time finding my real hair color and had to have a dark fake maroon almost color which I then became fed up and added punk red to it. It was beautiful but I am craving my real color. I found this link on Pinterest and I am sold! I love the custom color and the extra care they put into the creation of my package. I am a forever customer! Please do not change a thing. PerfectionWhat I love most about this color is that you got it so close to my natural color that you can't even see the root regrowth. The color is beautiful. My only complaint is that it washed out a little too easily with the first one. So I will see how long this application lasts. color did not last , cheaper to buy color in stores & might just as well.color faded fast and grey showed. cheaper to buy in stores if it does not hold color longer. Also that bottle of fluid to put on balding spots twice daily...what a beast to try to use. Really who designed that needs a different job. NEW HAIRI am pleased with the colour you made for me. I say " New Hair " because it feels so different, lovely and soft and lovely condition. I am amazed how you got the colour so right!!!
