Review esalon productsMy first package arrived perfectly color was perfect, hair was soft not dry or brittle after use...and overall very happy. Great!This is truly a smart way to go for hair color. I love that it is formulated to your hair. Easy to use, quick shipping, and great service. The only thing that kept my review from five stars is that 1 week after using my color the ends began to fade. Won't be purchasing again.I have just used this product for a 2nd time and I won't be purchasing again. Both times it left my hair gummy, stringy and dried out. Brushing it was impossible..pulling out clumps of hair! I had to re-wash it 3 times to get all of this stuff out. To OrangeI asked for strawberry blonde and my hair turned orange, so then the next color that they gave me made my hair blonde and then when I asked for more red in my hair, the lady was rude on the phone and told me that all they could do was send it to me but it could turn my hair pink so I finally cancelled 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Faded quicklyI was excited to get the product in the mail. The box, shipping and packaging were all perfect. It was professional and looked great. The main problem is the product itself. It did not cover my grays and the bright red faded within a week even with using the color enhancing treatment. I was very disappointed with the coverage.
