Excellent Customer Service!Had to cancel my next order & subscription due to unexpected allergic reaction to haircolor. I do have a sensitive scalp but thought this product would be ok. Called customer service & the CSR was extremely helpful & caring. Everything canceled w/o a fuss or hassle. I am disappointed as the products are extremely well crafted & my actual hair turned out very well. Quiet disappointedI ordered soft black/blue followed instructions and left product on for time specified but cant see any blue tones atall in the hair… and i was worried it was going to look to blue from the colour of the mixture in the bottle. it’s covered the greys though. 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich.
