Something is differentI don't know what was different, but the solution burned/stung my skin on my head. The feel against my skin was also different. I think my colored has been the same. Gummy residueI wanted to love this but it's really a problem. Application was easy enough but removing this product from my scalp has been impossible. There is this gelatinous film on my scalp that despite scrubbing my head it doesn't want to come off. In addition my hair feels like it is coated in wax. Literally this gelatin like substance is not coming off my head despite trying for almost an hour. This is a mess and I don't know what to do. I would like my subscription canceled and my money refunded. I'd also love to know how to get this disgusting residue off my scalp and out of my hair. E salon full head colour kit.This kit is great,I had a mixture for my roots and another for the lengths of hair. There was plenty enough for my long hair. The only thing I was not to happy about was I only got one sachet of shampoo and conditioner which I felt was not enough coverage. The Colour I ordered was spot on. Extremely happy with the result.
