AmazingI have dyed my hair for years now , and around two years ago I decided I wanted red hair. Ever since I have used boxed colour and it faded really quickly and my ends were always a different tone to the roots. I came across esalon by chance as it popped up as an ad. So i went into it had a look around and decided I would test their claims. So I went through what I wanted what my hair is like now etc. I was given a stylist and she made my colour. One for roots one for lengths. It arrived , so easy to apply and washed out well. It does have a strong chemical smell however the result is worth it. I have asked for an adjustment on my colour for roots and this was done immediately and I approved it . I just wanted a little more red added. My colour is multi dimensional, super shiny, soft and the coverage iis brilliant. It has coloured evenly and my friends actually asked where I had my hair done! I love this and will continue to use forever! The colour used is salon grade so it takes and covers brilliantly. A very very satisfied and happy customer! Wouldn't re orderI ordered a red/auburn colour - it came out as dark brown. Colour stained my skin ( colour remover wipe didn't work) and my bathroom. After following all instructions carefully (& using the shampoo & conditioner provided) my hair was left feeling awful - dry, tangled & clumped together.
