Bad gray CoverageI didn’t like anything about the color kit. First of all, I was told that a colorist would call me to discuss my color. I was excited about this and instead I just got an email saying that it has shipped. Next, I requested a vivid red with cool tones that would cover my gray. Instead, I got a very drab orange-red that did not cover my grays at all. In fact, my roots ended up kind of yellowish. They definitely don’t blend into the color, they stand out like I still have roots, just a different shade. Also, as soon as I started putting the color on. It stung my eyes and made them water. Awful!My introductory color order was amazing. This second order? Horrible. Not only was the color darker but, despite knowing I have thick long hair, sent me one bottle of color. Almost perfectBeen fed up with permanent roots after spending all day for foils at the hair salon. This is amazing. Really natural look and great coverage. Has blended perfectly.
