Not the colour I asked forI asked for intense copper and got something completely different. No me agrado el resutadoEs un producto muy bonito pero no cumple con las expectativas que pense no me pinto mis canas y la parte de abajo de mi pelo quedo muy negro no me gusto su producto no cubrio mis canas y eso que no tengo muchas. Didnt change my hair colorSorry to say as the 1st order it was great and was the colour i wanted but for some reason It looks nothing like the colour i wanted and it didn't do the colour! Terrible gray coverageSo…my color was supposedly adjusted after I wrote in stating that my grays (new growth) needed better coverage. Caused huge allergic reactionI have been using eSalon's hair dyes since lockdown and was originally very happy. The last couple of shipments of my custom colour have caused me to have an allergic reaction. Initially like contact dermatitis - itching, flaking and sore around my scalp and ears. This time, my forehead is completely swollen and I am in a lot of pain.
