not what I requestedI can tell without even trying this shade that it will NOT work for me...I want reddish to golden highlights and a deep rich shade... can you send me another mix? you do not need to send the developer ...just a color adjustment. Ratio inconsistentSo I been witnessing inconsistencies on the ratio developer/ color for a while..no biggie I guess ... The last shipment was soo obvious that the color bottle was full and developer a 1/3 of the bottle. ( I have pics) Did u change the formula.. I like to know the exact amount Of developer and colors..so I can make sure I get the result expected.. Making me a bit nervous the inconsistencies.. I am expecting a RSVP.. Thank you! Horrible formulaFollowed directions to the letter. Hair turned out copper roots, pink ends, and patches of blond that didn’t get covered. I didn’t even want to leave the house, I was so embarrassed. Took out the brassy red, but did not lighten the brownI was happy that my color adjustment took out the brassy red in my hair, but the brown did not get any lighter. Dry hair, greys show, too red but they do helpNot a fan. Hair felt terrible after. Didn’t cover all greys. Color was way too reddish. This was a bad idea.
