Not the color I wanted and no gray coverage!I have been using your color for a long time. Last time, I said it was too dark and wanted to lighten it but keep violet highlights. This time, it's nearly black and did not cover my gray. I am very disappointed. And, as someone else said, the color doesn't last nearly as long. Did NOT cover my graysI wanted to use your product specifically for root touch up to cover stubborn grays. Not what is used to beI liked esalon when I started but something has changed, My color barely lasts two weeks. In addition, I am getting really annoying red undertones after two weeks. So disappointedAfter using this product my hair turns brown! I tried using other brand black dye to cover the brown patches but It doesn’t work!.. CatastropheCouleur à l'arrivée : ORANGE ! Couleur d'origine blond foncé avec des mèches blonds clairs, j'ai appliquée le coloration proposée en suivant strictement le protocole mais résultat totalement différent de celui prévu. Bad colorI finally used my color a few days ago and it damaged my hair.
