Good colorI was really happy with the color and shininess of my hair. It was a bit dark but I emailed to let them know I would like it a bit lighter. But I noticed right away that there was breakage on my forehead hairline. I also noticed my hair really dried out on the ends and was very untamable for 2 weeks. Now my hair is looking very dull and I don't want to use this product anymore. I'm thinking maybe the ammonia in it was a bit harsh. The color is lasting pretty good and the brittle finally went away with coconut oil, but I'm not head over heels with the product itself and will probably seek a professional to fix my hair with a deep hot oil treatment and spend way too much money on coloring it through a salon. Pretty color...butI love the color my hair turned out, however, the actual dye was almost impossible to get completely out of my hair. I thought I just wasn't thorough enough the first time, so I reluctantly tried the dye again the next month, and same issue. Spotty coverage for gray hair?I've been coloring my gray hair myself for more than 20 years. This was my third hair color shipment from eSalon. I was very pleased with my first two shipments. However, this last one did not last on my gray hair. I did complain to customer service, only to be told to start at my grayest areas first and that my next shipment's color time would be longer. Funny, how I didn't need to do anything different with my first two hair color treatments. No apologies offered.
