Gorgeous, shiny, mulit-dimensional hair colorThis isn't a flat hair color: my hair is gorgeous. I have been a member for years. I started out more strawberry, but after several orders, I toned it down with a colorist. Fantastic feedback and they understood what I was saying. Over the years, the high quality has remained. The color is better than my salonI really like the color and their customer service. It actually looks better and less damaged than my hair salon. Lots of compliments. Loved my hair.At first I was a little apprehensive because my colorists said I could not go lighter than my natural color, which is medium brown. For the summer I like my hair a little lighter (light brown/dark blonde mix). But I went ahead with the color anyway, mostly my roots as suggested, and I absolutely loved it! I have had so many compliments on the color. My hair was so soft and shiny too!! I am going to order the shampoo and conditioner with my next order.
