Not what I wantedI wanted a bold purple look so I may gradually work in other colors. After being told my hair was too dark, I bleached it blonde to get more of the purple. Doesn't cover gray hairI was very excited to use your product, I used it as directed, and ----- no gray coverage at all. My ''part'', on the right side of my head, looks like I never colored my hair. With the price of your product, How can this be? I filled out the questionairre truthfully..... and now I have ''barely'' colored hair. Roots and hair ends didn't matchI used the kit as directed, using one on the roots and the other on the ends. Didn’t cover my roots.This is the second time when I received my order. First time it was perfect. Covered my roots properly. Loved the color. Everything was perfect. But this time it’s totally a different story. When I applied color as per instructions into my roots and leave it little longer then recommended time because my hair takes longer to catch the color. It didn’t work for me at all. As soon as I washed my hair most of the color had gone. Roots were so light in color then my whole head. Seems like I didn’t dye my hair at all. It was our big celebrations and my hair dyed in two tones. I couldn’t get another color on time from other store because of lockdown. I’m extremely upset about wasting my time and money.
