Vraiment ravie du résultat !J’appréhendais énormément que la couleur ne me convienne pas, que cela soit trop clair ou même très foncé…. que j’applique mal la coloration et que mes cheveux n’aient pas une couleur uniforme dans la mesure où c’était la toute première coloration faite maison … Je suis vraiment RAVIE du résultat! La coiffeuse a vraiment su respecter ma demande. Color disasterI informed eSalon about how my hair reacts to any reds in the formula. They didn’t listen. Nor did they respond when I reached out about the tangerine, strawberry and bright red that became my “professional color”. After crying for days I am ready to venture out and have it redone. No changeI asked for my color to be darker and richer and after applying the new color the results are the same as the previous color I received. Outstanding Performance, same quality as any Salon!!I had some gray hairs coming in and I desperately needed to get my hair colored. At first, I was very hesitant, but after I finally decided to go for it, I must say that I am a "lifer" for sure! COPPER MAHOGHANY IS MY COLOR!Loved the Copper Mahoghany you formulated this month. It is perfect! I've been trying to get this color for myself since I started coloring my hair some 60 years ago.
