Not happyI followed the steps exactly as specified but my color did not come out as expected. Root color did not cover grays completely and was Brown upon completion. Best I have usedFollowed easy to read instructions, colour was perfect! Fun and EasyI love ordering my color online like this, this was my first order - everything from the order process to receiving the box, to the instructions and the dyeing process was easy and fun! Custom Hair ColorI just love the last color that I was sent. And just putting it on my roots was a good thing to do because now it blends in with my bottom layers.
