Awful colourColour was darker than my roots. Looked black. Only left on for ten minutes and hair in good condition. Very disappointing. Will take a long time to wash out as permanent. Very disappointed!I used the colour yesterday and emailed you my disappointment with photos of the result! I am mortified the colour is so dark after sending in a picture and having a consultation....I only left the colour on for 6 minutes because I could see how dark the colour was! I told the consultant this is what I was worried about.....what can be done to correct this ASAP! If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Warm beige is really dark brownWarm beige is really a very dark brown, even after sending photo of my hair colour I was sent colour that has considerably darkened my colour,warm beige would suggest a lighter shade of brown not a darker shade of brown to black, very lucky I brought colour down the lengths as I had only ordered for roots and would have been left with a ridiculous dark colour on half my head of hair 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Unfortunately without the required PEARL NEUTRALIZER this turned my hair orange.Requested PEARL - specifically PEARL - to be added. It was not. my hair is orange. Need to now have it professionally done....nd of course have to wait for the salmon I used to go to before COVID to open. So I have a professional presence with orange hair. Love the system-not the colorWell the system is great and easy to follow. My hair feels amazing. But the color was not what I had hoped for. I am looking for a vibrant but natural ginger color. I ended up with what feels like light brown hair with maybe a hint of auburn in the sun. I was soo excited. But now im holding back tears. Color faded quickI have gray on my roots and I followed the direction. It turn out great when I was done didnt see no gray hair but after 2 days it starting to shows up, its like the colors is fading in so quick.
