No better or worse than the product I usually buy over the counterI was expecting something far superior to the product I normally use, however this product is no different. What I didn't like was the smell and also it was virtually impossible to rinse out the shampoo and conditioner. It left my hair looking and feeling like straw and I eventually re-shampooed & conditioned my hair using my own products. The colour was quite nice though. I requested a refundIf you see my profile pic, I'm not happy. My once light brown hair is reddish Brown with brassy red highlights and it did not cover grey hair. Fantastic vibrant color!Gorgeous, vibrant copper-red! This is a fantastic color and I swear looks identical to my salon color. It's also very even all over, which I guess has more to do with my application of it, but the instructions on sectioning and application were extremely helpful in this regard.
