First time userThe color was good but just made my hair all darker. I was hoping that some natural highlights would stay. I am THRILLED with the color and experience!I couldn't be happier with the color or the service. My hair came out beautiful, it's the color I imagined, and it's so incredibly soft I can barely stop touching it! Too dark and matt, overall color was dullThis hair product is not for me, not only it made my hair look too dark, zero dimensional color. It also made my hair stiff, crunchy! .. Not good!
