Check that colourLove this colour. I am normally a natural medium to light blonde, fighting the battle of the grey. I ordered light blonde pearl mix. I was afraid my colour would come out too light but was pleasantly surprised by the darker colour that was achieved and about the battle? I'm winning lol. I can't believe how easy it was to apply the product and the final result was so natural looking. It covered the grey and gave my hair life again. Beautiful color!My first experience with the coloring was so- so, which was my fault as I didn’t clearly explain what I was looking for. This last experience was PERFECT! The light blonde is exactly what I wanted! The actual application was super easy (my boyfriend did it!) and there was little to no chemical smell. My hair is thick and shiny and super healthy! allergic to productI used your product, gave me great color and shine. However, my scalp, neck, behind ears and upper back broke out in a ichy red rash. It lasted for 2 months. I emailed you twice before with no reponce from you. My last email asked you to discontinue my shipments. Now I recieved another one. Very disappointedI was/am very disappointed with my product, my color wasn’t anywhere near what I wanted. I really didn’t even have the choice to pick what I really wanted, and I’ve never had a hair color make my hair fall out as much as this one did. I’ve used it twice. Poor coverageI gave this another try and I’m so unhappy with how the coverage failed. I colored my roots on Sunday, 4/14 and completely saturated my roots and around my face. I haven’t even walked my hair and the gray is showing. I don’t know what to do. Do I need to switch products?
