It's okayI think I was still expecting it to be lighter. I normally do have highlights and I don't any more so I was hoping to get a lighter look without highlights because it's to expensive and you really just can't touch up the roots. Not for meI ordered the coloring in August, but I did not do it until a few weeks later (9/12/20) and it came out with two colors. I had lighter color on top and on the bottom was darker. I had a make an appointment to get my hair done on 9/19/20. I am sure this work for other ladies, but it was horrible on my hair. I had to wear a hat or a headband to cover.
