Never thought I’d be this happy!I really wanted to change and was curious about esalon so I took a leap of faith. The application and instructions were so clear that my boyfriend (yes, a man) did it with ease! The colour was even bette than I could have hoped for and I am over the moon with my new hair colour!! It used to work nicely but then it stopped covering IIt used to work nicely but then the last year or so it stopped covering my roots. It just doesn't work anymore. I went to the website and requested a change to the color so that it actually works, if possible. I kept getting sent the same formula without Any change. Perfect color!This was a perfect color for me! It colored my grays beautifully but what I loved most was that it didn’t stain my skin around my hairline or on top of my ears! I used the stain guard on my forehead but obviously can’t go into my hairline with it (nor did I put it on top of my ears) and it still didn’t stain the skin which was a huge win in my book! You can’t tell I colored my hair because it blended seamlessly. Didn’t have a strong odor and the shampoo and conditioner it comes with smells so good and took away that “freshly colored hair” smell.
