Brilliant product and serviceEsalon has simplified my hair coloring process in every way. My original hair color was uneven and after speaking with a specialist, a color was specially formulated to match the intended results and it matched beautifully and evened out the color! The color was slightly bolder/brighter (still beautiful) than I had expected, but after the first wash, the color was perfect and exactly what I asked for. I have tried every color and brand and have never gotten so close to my desired look. The packaging alone surprised me... It included everything you could need in a hair kit, stain protector, several pairs of gloves, sample-sized shampoo and conditioner and detailed instructions for my specific formula. Another great aspect is that you can have it shipped to you and set up on auto delivery. I never have to shop different stores looking for a specific brand or color again and if I want to tweak my hair color, all I have to do is ask. This product did not damage my hair and it still feels silky after several washes. They can give you any color and any shade it doesn't matter what your starting hair color is, they will help you achieve what you are looking for. I plan to shop their other hair care products, because the product and services I have received as coverted me completely. I'll never shop anywhere else. It's Perfect...This is truly the best hair color I have ever used. I have been letting my gray grow out and it's aging me . I was using to dark of a box color that had grown out and I cut off so I had no color on my hair at all and what you helped me pick is just perfect! The best my hair has looked in years.
