ColorI really have enjoyed how soft and shiny my hair has been since using your product.Its like I have put a chemical in my natural hair that causes the curl pattern to really come out .The only issue I have is with me having had bleached my hair previously and I shampoo my hair every day, the color has changed. Custom Hair ColorI absolutely LOVED this color! It wasn't brassy at all and the color itself was exactly the right color. The only issue that I've had is about 3 weeks after I colored my hair that's when I started to notice some brassiness. Which was really odd. I usually will see it right the same day after I color and then the brassiness will slowly fade over time. I'm not real sure why it started to look that way 3 weeks in but that's what I experienced. Color was TOO dark and I was VERY unhappy trying to cancel my account.Not only did I cancel my account PRIOR to the next scheduled ship date (the color was too dark and I did not wish to continue with this company) but they shipped and billed me ANYWAY. I am in the process of collecting my money back and having a hard time getting information on exactly WHERE the product is since my account shows I bought the unwanted color on a SATURDAY and it is now 8 days later and it has not arrived at my home.
