OOPS DIDNT GO SO WELLMy first try was not good. As per instructions, Step1, after mixing the bottles the dye began to coalaglate. Using approx. 1/4 of the bottle I discontinued use. Step 2 again the same thing not as bad. The color that did take was okay, would have preferred a little more blue for highlight and accent. To be fair I recorded my kid in Nov.2023. Not sure if that would have made the issue. However I was excited to try your product, and would love to give it another try. Please help me .. Couleur trop clairBonjour , s est la deuxième fois que je fais la couleur . J ai demandé plus clair pour les racines ( les racines étaient orange ) je souhaiterais pour la prochaine couleur revenir à la première que vous m avez faites . Amazing ProductI was getting my greys covered every 3-4 weeks spending around $140 plus tip to my stylist. I feel I am receiving the same product and spending so much less. Natural, rich colourAbsolutely love this dye- it perfectly mimics my natural hair colour and manages to cover greys well. It looks completely natural (unlike most over-the-counter dyes I’ve used before that have a red tinge and always end up being darker than intended!!) I like the subscription option and that you can change the frequency of delivery. My only wish is that there was an option when building the custom colour pack to choose latex or non latex gloves for the pack- I’m allergic to Nitrile and found the latex-free gloves provided in the pack caused a bad dermatitis like reaction on my hands.
