1st time I have tried this company's color.Medium brown with a touch of gold; I was pleased with the outcome of this permanent color; when applied it was a little strong in smell and it slightly tingled my scalp. Not for meMy hair has become very dry from the hair color treatment. I'm cutting my hair and going back to my hairdresser for color and a deep moisturizing and conditioning treatment..
