No funcionaTodo está perfecto, el kit completo, la capa divina y todo lo demás pero el tinte realmente no es bueno, reseca el pelo demasiado y yo tengo mi pelo rizo, y cuando te lo pones es realmente frustrante porque te queda como una masa compacta que para quitarla es difícil, la verdad yo no lo recomiendo por lo menos a las personas que tienen el pelo rizo. Color is off, not for greys and made my hair fall outI've used other at home color and always use the darkest brown. That is what I ordered here but this was not dark enough so it lightened my hair giving it that orangish tint. I followed the recommended time but it didn't cover greys which was the main reason I needed it. I had put in the comments that my greys were hard to color when I ordered it so I thought they might recommend a longer time but it said 30 minutes so that's what I did. The worst part was the amount of hair that fell out when I washed my hair. In general, a person will typically lose up to 200 hairs a day. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Treating badly the customerI didn't receive my second item, yet they withdrew money from my account without my knowledge nor permission. Now, the third time, they withdrew money again and I deeply hope that they'll have the courtesy to return my money for two months, without charging me for their failure. Blotchy and uneven colorMy sister and I did my hair. She dyes her hair a lot and has an effective technique. Unfortunately, in spite of the meticulous care she took, the color ended up uneven and blotchy. Not at all satisfied. Looking to end membership if the next set does not perform better.
