Agréablement surpriseAprès avoir parcouru les avis je me lance mais je m'attendais pas a avoir le sentiment d'être au salon de coiffure mais a la maison ! La réception du colis, les instructions personnalisés, la couleur sur mesure avec conseils je suis véritablement bluffée ! Des salons j'en ai fait, et des colorations de grande surface malheureusement aussi. Mais là, aucunes mauvaise surprise ! La couleur est parfaitement ce à quoi je m'attendais. On est aux petits soins pour nous, mais à domicile en prenant le temps et sans les inconvénients innombrables du salon physique. It was OKI did not use my first order for several weeks because I could not open the small bottle of color. Customer service was great and sent out a new kit. I like the color. Though I followed the instructions, my greys around my temples were barely covered and very noticeable after just a few days - before it was even washed for the first time. Best Haircolor Ever! Not like anything else.I’ve been coloring my hair for about 40 years now. I started when I was a teenager. This is the first and only hair color that doesn’t burn my head, colors my hair in rich, vibrant tones and puts my hair in better shape when I’m done than when I started. The color on the ends lasts until I need to color my hair again It’s so glossy and shiny. It doesn’t feel the same rinsing it out as boxed hair color from the pharmacy. It feels like conditioner. Smell unbearable and hair broken off. I used e salon, I lived tge colour and had no problems. This time however was a different story. The smell of Ammonia was unbearable and made my eyes stream. I have just been to my hairdresser to get my hair trimmed as I am growing it. She informed me that whatever I had coloured my hair with had caused it to break off, she showed me tge back and I could see this. I always had long thick hair and want to grow it longer, but she had to cut 3 inches off, I am heartbroken. I am an ex hairdresser, so know how to apply colour, I also used high quality hair products, Olaplex, redken and heat protection on my hair when styling. I can no longer have colour on my ends, and gave booked to have my roots done at my hairdressers. The condition of my hair has been compromised because of e salon colours.
